 PMBS helps you design a billing and receivable service that meets your unique requirements.
We provide you with customized patient information and procedure/charge check-off sheets.
Data from these sheets are entered into the PMBS computer system. Patients are billed regularly and all insurances are sent electronically.
Our experienced staff monitors Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Medicare, Public Aid, and third party insurances for timely resubmission.
All payments on patients' accounts are deposited regularly into the physician's account. Delinquent accounts are monitored for payment.
PMBS provides you with a report listing activities in billing, payments, adjustments, and a balance of receivables each month.
